Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation A booking is considered confirmed once the deposit has been received. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details, including the date, time, and meeting point after payment. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling No cancellations are allowed. The deposit will be retained in case of a no-show. You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the session, subject to availability. If you fail to show up for your session without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided. 3. Weather Policy In case of bad weather (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds), the photoshoot may be rescheduled at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible due to weather conditions, a full refund will be provided. 4. Arrival and Late Policy Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth start. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or canceled without a refund. 5. Safety and Assistance A trained assistant will accompany you in the water to ensure your safety and help adjust your poses for the best results. Please follow all safety instructions provided by the staff. 6. Delivery of Files Unedited files will be delivered immediately after the photoshoot. Professionally edited photos and videos will be sent via email or a download link within 7 days after the shoot.
