Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email once payment is processed. Full payment or a deposit may be required depending on the type of excursion. We accept payments through bank cards and PayPal. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional fees for transfers or extra services will be outlined before booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

At Zanzitrip, You can cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled activity for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the activity are non-refundable. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
If we need to cancel an excursion due to weather conditions or safety concerns, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Liability and Responsibility

Zanzitrip is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during excursions. All participants must follow the instructions of our guides. Please inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your participation. We reserve the right to refuse service to any participant whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive.

We aim to provide accurate information, but some details may change due to weather, local regulations, or operational issues. We reserve the right to modify or adjust itineraries without prior notice to ensure safety and quality. If changes are necessary, we will provide a suitable alternative or adjust the schedule to minimize disruption.
